Hi People, I was very bored the other day and I decided that I liked spotify so much I would make a small application to make it even better. I was looking through what I could to to improve this near perfect program and I found one small bugbear. By default spotify sets itself unlimited space to use in your cache. This meant that spotify was using 15GB of space on my HDD. That may sound like a lot but I do use spotify a lot. I then decided to make a small CMD application that would automatically delete all of the temp files that spotify puts on my computer. So if you find that spotify is taking up to much space on your Hard Drive try our my App. (windows only) Download: spotdumpv1.bat It works on all flavours of windows so why not give it a try :) I can guarantee that it is completely virus free but if you would like to see the source code click here. Or indeed right-click the downloaded batch file and click edit. Do you have any queries, suggestions, code improvements etc.? Please don't hesitate to contact me at

Yes all of you eagle eyed people have most probably seen the 'shows' tab appearing recently here on bsm, but dont worry it isn't a sign of an incoming alien invasion. NO! It's only a new section to BSM where mat, connor, maybe richard and me start broadcasting a new webshow. This week it's called 'Mad about Palms', so if you like tech tips and the only place to see which song has won the award for the worst song of the week to name just a segment. Then check it out and tell us what u think. What could be improved? send me an e-mail at

We have recently had a lot of spammers on the forums so we have bought in a new policy to deal with these rats of the internet. All new accounts ip address and hostname will be manually checked against a list of known spammers and if the accounts address corresponds to any information on this page, the ip address will be blocked. The Forums Are Dead. Due to an increase in user, but lack of posts has left the forums a desolate place of little conversation. Help combat this by signing up here, and posting here.

Hello everyone! My name is Ben Brown and I am the latest member of the Bluesquaremedia team. Now as you may or may not know we are hoping to start broadcasting a online show every week similar to the work for SBW (but much better). My role in the production is to be a presenter with Richard Gilder. Just thought u would like to know what part i am to play here at BSM. Many people describe me as mean or an idiot, but i like to think of myself as 'comically cruel' and i do a mean Michael McIntyre impression but you'll see tht on the show. Now plz dont be shy post a comment or response on all the articles on the website and the forumor send me an email @
